Welcome to Jumpstart Pottstown a LEVEL FLAT ASSOCIATION. By accessing or using our website and enrolling in our community, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Purpose of the Website

Jumpstart Pottstown provides resources, education, mentorship, and opportunities related to real estate development, community engagement, and small business support. Information is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

2. Enrollment Fees and Billing

A one-time $30 account setup fee is required at the time of enrollment.

Ongoing membership is billed at $17 per month.

Payments will be charged automatically each month to the payment method you provide.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by managing your account settings or contacting support.

Upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to:

Online trainings and courses

Mentorship programs

Community features and resources

Fees already paid are non-refundable, including the one-time setup fee.

4. Guaranteed Preapproval Disclaimer

Graduates of the Jumpstart Pottstown program may be eligible for a guaranteed preapproval upon successful completion. However:

Preapproval is contingent on completion of all program requirements.

Preapproval is issued based on your program experience and certification.

Final approval is made solely by the lender and depends on income, resources, and credit score.

Jumpstart Pottstown does not control or guarantee final lending decisions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Share false, misleading, or harmful information in community spaces.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Jumpstart Pottstown unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jumpstart Pottstown is not liable for any damages resulting from use of this website, participation in programs, or reliance on provided information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
