What do I get for $17/month?
Everything you need to get moving: the full 6-week course, a deal-ready certification (use it in place of “experience”), practical AI/automation and tech training, weekly office hours for real-time help, and invites to Developers Network events and trainings with Ken Weinstein.
Who is this for?
New and aspiring investors, small landlords, neighborhood leaders, and residents who want to fix up properties and lift the block—starting simple, starting now.
What topics are covered?
Finding deals, basic rehab + budgeting, permits & contractor basics, raising capital & LLC financing, landlord readiness, neighborhood revitalization, and simple step-by-step action plans.
Is 1:1 coaching included?
Not in the $17 plan. You’ll get community feedback and group clinics; private coaching is an optional upgrade if you want deeper help.
Do I need to live in Pottstown?
Nope. Anyone can join. Just know some resources (like vendor lists and in-person events) are Pottstown-area focused.
How often are live sessions?
Live sessions start Oct 1-Oct 29th, 7-*;30 PM on Zoom. In-person Nov 1st 12-2pm and Nov 8th 12-2pm, Monthly on Zoom, Weekly Office Hours, quarterly in person boot camps, Developers Network, and Jumpinars
